This is a fuel filter conversion kit for the Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9L Diesel. This adapter will allow for the use of a much less expensive CAT 1R0750 fuel filter.
The Caterpillar filter is a 2 micron filter which cleans the fuel much better than the original Mopar design.
