This is a Factory Re-Manufactured Diesel Injector set. This set includes (7) DE504 "AD" Diesel Fuel Injectors for Cylinders #s 1-7 and (1) DE505 "AE" Diesel Fuel Injector for Cylinder #8. The high pressure fuel injectors in the ford Powerstroke 7.3L diesel engine controls the delivery of fuel precisely into the combustion chamber. These are HEUI  injector designed by Caterpillar for ford Powerstroke 7.3L and the T444E Navistar International Engines. The design uses high pressure engine motor oil to create the mechanical force to atomize the fuel.

Features of the Diesel Specialists 7.3L diesel injector include the following:

• Replacement of the entire coil assembly as needed and 100 percent of the wire and connector,
• High pressure sealing surfaces are refinished to OE Specifications (less than 2 microns) to insure long injector life,Injector
• intensifier bodies are precision honed to seal properly,
• 100% of spool valves are replaced with new parts. Both control valve bodies and spools are precision ground to exacting tolerances for exceptional sealing and oil direction
• 100% of Nozzles are flow tested for proper flow or replaced with new,
• Re-Manufacturing process done in a clean room environment

Check List

• confirm fuel pressure 60-70 psi
• confirm low pressure oil pressure 30 psi or higher
• confirm IDM voltage 120 volts
• make sure fuel filters are not restricted
• make sure engine oil at proper level
• check battery voltage

If any of these items are not up to standard your engine will not operate correctly.  If you purchase new injectors and dont correct these issues you may not be happy with your new purchase.  We don't want this to be the situation.  The items in the check list are the most common reasons the 7.3L Diesel has issues
