High Pressure Oil Rail This is a re-manufactured High pressure Oil Rail for a Ford Power Stroke engine manufactured before 9/2003. An easy way to ID the Early engine is the ICP Sensor is located in the high pressure oil pump housing. The left and right Rail are the same. The fuel rail has all new ball tubes and has the most updated heavy duty Viton Oring. Application: Ford Powerstroke 6.0L 2003 International/Navistar VT365 2003

This is a billet aluminum fuel filter cap. This is a great replacement for the original plastic cap and includes a test port which allows for a fuel pressure tester to be attached in order to properly check the fuel pressure on the Ford Power Stroke 6.0L engine. The test port supplied is a diesel fuel rated Schrader valve. Both the test port and aluminum cap are American made.

Because the diesel fuel cools and lubricates the injectors on the 6.0L engine, operating the vehicle within recommended fuel pressure specifications (approximately 65psi or greater) is critical. Fuel pressure is one of the first things that should be checked when driveability issues occur.

The oil pressure on the Powerstroke 6.0L is also very Important because the lube pump pressure supplies the high pressure oil pump with oil. Without proper pressure in the system, many other components will begin to fail.

Install Instructions

1. Remove the threaded galley plugs on back of cylinder heads located toward the engine firewall.

2. Install Brass fittings and banjo bolts with copper sealing washers.  

3.  Connect steel braided hose to each banjo connection to create a "bridge" between the cylinder heads.

This is a HFCM drain valve for a Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Diesel. This fitting allows you to easily drain the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module) of all water.  

Ford recommends draining the HFCM on a monthly basis. If you are using the OEM fuel filter, it has a special water block media rap that collects the water as it passes through the system.  Once the filter is full, it can no longer trap the water which allows water to start damping your fuel system, especially your very expensive diesel injectors.

This plug is machined from solid brass to eliminate any possibility of corrosion.

This is a Service tool used to check for a fuel restriction. This tool is used with a vacuum gauge to determine if your fuel system has a blockage.

This is a HFCM drain valve for a Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Diesel. The 90 Degree fitting allows for complete drainage of water from the HFCM.  

Ford recommends draining the HFCM on a monthly basis. If you are using the OEM filter, it has a special water block media rap that collects the water as it passes through the system.  Once the filter is full, it can no longer trap the water, allowing water to start damping your fuel system, especially your very expensive diesel injectors.

This fitting can also be used to check for a blockage in your fuel system.Connect a vacuum gauge to the fuel pressure port.If you draw more than 5 inches of vacuum, there is a restriction in the tank.
