ONE HOLE, ONE BOLT, NO TANK DROP!
Fuel Sumps are nothing new these days, you see them everywhere and every company seems to have one. What we have done is step the tank sump up a notch. Made from 6061 Billet aluminum this sump is built like a tank and is super simple to install. While still using a no-tank drop design we have made this sump to where it will install with 1 single bolt with one single 3" hole in your tank. This means less places to leak and much quicker install. The o-ring is made from Viton rubber to ensure it will last the test of time with no leaks or decay.
Features:- Uses all available fuel from the tank. No issues with sucking air when below ¼ tank. Perfect for use with today's high flow lift pump systems. (Airdog, FASS, etc)
- Stand pipe cut into the inside of the sump to reduce the amount of sediments that get to your filter system.
- Drain Plug for future tank servicing or sediment draining.
- Single bolt design that allows for 5 minute install as well as less chances for leaks that other tanks sumps may have when using multiple bolts drilled into the tank.
- Stainless Steel hardware and Brass Pushlock fitting provided.
- Inner O-ring designed to go through the 3" hole so tank does not need to be dropped.
- Viton O-ring for sealing that is impervious to diesel fuels.

This diesel fuel injector cap/block-off tool set is a toolbox essential for everyone working on Duramax, Powerstroke, and Dodge/Cummins fuel systems.
When a diesel engine fails to start, your first troubleshooting step should be to check fuel rail pressure. If the pressure is low, the most likely culprit is a defective diesel fuel injector returning excess fuel back to the tank. A return flow volume test will allow you to determine if excessive fuel return flow is the issue.
To identify the individual cylinder that is at fault, you will use this cap/block-off tool. The diesel fuel injection line is removed from one cylinder at a time and the cap is then installed on the fuel rail in place of each injection line. When the bad injector is blocked off, the fuel pressure at the rail will increase and your engine will start.
In some situations, it can be useful to have multiple block-off tools, because multiple diesel injectors returning a small amount of diesel fuel will display the same symptoms as an individual diesel injector returning an excessive amount of fuel.
The diesel injector cap tool can also be used for diagnosing engine knocking sounds that could possibly be caused by a diesel injector or a single cylinder issue, especially on engines where you can't use a scan tool or if a scan tool is unavailable. -
