The Process Uses a Factory OEm EGR Cooler.  The EGR Cooler IS ultra Sonically cleaned, the two ends are removed, then the Cooler goes through a series of testes to insure the integrity of the core structure.  The tubes a re-welded as needed. The end caps are TIG welded onto the housing. Then the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a properly working factory EGR Cooler.
