The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.
Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.
Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".
If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

Harness OEM ASPJH-FA01 is an electrical wiring harness designed to connect and supply power or signal pathways to specific components within a DEF, emissions, or engine-related system. It serves as the communication bridge between sensors, modules, and control units, ensuring that accurate data and power flow through the system without interruption.
While small and often overlooked, this harness plays a vital role in keeping electrical components functioning properly.
What the Harness Does
The harness bundles multiple wires into a protected, organized assembly. Each wire is routed to a specific connector, sensor, or module. By keeping wiring organized and shielded, the harness ensures stable electrical flow, reduces the risk of shorts, and protects sensitive systems from environmental damage such as moisture, heat, or vibration.
Why Harness OEM ASPJH-FA01 Is Important
- Ensures proper electrical communication between the DEF/engine system and its sensors
- Protects wiring from abrasion, heat, chemicals, and vibration
- Prevents signal loss that could lead to misreads or fault codes
- Supports clean installation for easy maintenance and secure routing
- Improves reliability of the equipment’s emissions or monitoring system
Harness OEM ASPJH-FA01 is a purpose-built wiring assembly that ensures dependable connectivity for critical components. Without a functioning harness, sensors and modules may not receive accurate signals, leading to system errors, performance issues, or diagnostic faults. Its durability and precise design make it essential for maintaining reliable operation.
A wiring harness is responsible for carrying electrical signals between sensors, modules, and key engine components. When part of the harness becomes damaged, corroded, or loose, the affected system may begin to behave unpredictably. While the vehicle might still run, driving with a faulty harness is not recommended due to the risk of sudden electrical failure.
A faulty harness can interrupt the signals your engine control module relies on, potentially causing inconsistent sensor readings, warning lights, or unexpected drivability issues.
Risks of driving with a faulty harness include:
- Intermittent stalling or hesitation
- Unreliable sensor communication that affects engine behavior
- Dashboard warnings linked to disrupted electrical signals
- Overheating wires that may lead to further damage
- Loss of critical functions, depending on which circuit is affected
Because wiring issues can be unpredictable, even a minor disturbance can become a larger problem over time. A loose connector today may turn into a complete circuit failure tomorrow.
If you suspect a harness problem—such as flickering warnings, intermittent faults, or visible wiring damage—have it inspected promptly. Repairing or replacing the affected section ensures stable communication across the system and helps prevent unexpected breakdowns.
It securely closes the DEF tank opening to keep the fluid clean and prevent environmental contaminants from entering.
Proper fitment ensures the tank maintains the intended seal and venting characteristics required for accurate DEF system operation.
You may experience DEF crystallization, contamination, or repeated system quality alerts.
It prevents debris and moisture from entering the tank, reducing the risk of clogs or pump damage.
