The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.
Tamerx provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.
Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".
If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. If a replacement is determined to be necessary, we will then arrange for your replacement part to ship out ASAP and issue any necessary return shipping labels and/or documents.
As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Cummins ISX Injector Harness 2003-2009: OEM 4331263 is an electrical component that connects the engine’s fuel injectors with the electronic control system. Its primary function is to carry electrical signals that control when and how the fuel injectors operate.
Because fuel injection depends on precise electronic commands, a properly functioning injector harness is essential for consistent fuel delivery and smooth engine operation.
What Does the Injector Harness Do?
- Carries electrical signals to the injectors
- The harness provides the electrical connection required to activate each fuel injector.
- Supports precise injection timing
- Electronic signals help determine when fuel should be delivered during the combustion cycle.
- Helps control fuel delivery
- The harness allows injector commands to reach the appropriate cylinders according to current engine conditions.
- Connects multiple injectors
- It organizes the electrical connections between the injectors and the engine control system.
- Supports consistent combustion
- Reliable electrical communication helps each injector operate at the correct time.
- Handles demanding engine conditions
- The harness must tolerate engine heat, vibration, oil exposure, and repeated operating cycles.
Why Does the Injector Harness Matter?
The Cummins ISX Injector Harness (OEM 4331263) is a critical link between the electronic controls and the fuel injection system. If its wiring, connectors, or terminals become damaged, electrical communication with one or more injectors may be interrupted.
Common signs of injector harness problems can include rough idle, engine misfires, hard starting, inconsistent engine operation, warning lights, or injector-related fault codes. Checking electrical connections and addressing damaged wiring early can help prevent intermittent injector operation and related fuel-system issues.
An Injector Harness carries electrical signals between the engine control system and the fuel injectors. Because it operates in an environment exposed to heat, vibration, oil, and electrical loads, the harness can deteriorate over time and cause injector-related problems.
Common causes of Injector Harness failure include:
- Excessive engine heat
- Continuous exposure to high temperatures can make wire insulation and connector materials brittle, cracked, or damaged.
- Engine vibration
- Repeated vibration can loosen connections, fatigue wiring, and damage terminals inside the harness.
- Oil contamination
- On engines where the harness is exposed to engine oil, deteriorated seals or prolonged contamination can affect connectors and wiring.
- Damaged connectors
- Bent pins, broken locking tabs, loose terminals, or damaged connector bodies can interrupt electrical communication with the injectors.
- Corrosion
- Moisture entering electrical connections can corrode terminals and increase electrical resistance.
- Chafed wiring
- Incorrect routing or missing retainers may allow the harness to rub against engine components until the insulation wears through.
- Poor electrical connections
- Loose terminals or increased resistance can cause intermittent injector operation and recurring electrical fault codes.
- Improper installation
- Pinched wires, excessive tension, incorrect routing, or poorly secured connectors can shorten harness life.
- Age-related deterioration
- Years of heating and cooling cycles can gradually weaken insulation, terminals, seals, and other harness materials.
Before replacing an Injector Harness, inspect the connectors, terminals, wiring, grounds, and injector circuits carefully. Identifying heat damage, corrosion, chafing, or another underlying issue can help prevent the replacement harness from developing the same problem.
Yes, poor electrical continuity between the control system and an injector can create symptoms that may initially be mistaken for injector failure.
The connectors should be checked for bent terminals, corrosion, contamination, looseness, damaged locking features, and signs of overheating.
Yes, prolonged exposure to engine heat can deteriorate insulation, connector materials, and wiring within the injector harness.
Yes, contamination around electrical connections can contribute to connector deterioration or unreliable electrical contact and should be addressed during inspection.
